Now Hiring - CNC PROGRAMMER
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision machining team. This role will support a diverse mix of advanced equipment including mills, 5-axis, lathes, and Swiss equipment. 👨💻
Key Responsibilities:
•Program complex components for 5-axis, mills, lathes, and Swiss equipment
•Develop, optimize, and prove out CNC programs for high-precision production
•Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to ensure efficient setups and repeatable processes
•Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvement in cycle time, tooling, and quality
•Maintain accurate documentation and revision control for all programs
Qualifications:
•3+ years of CNC programming experience (multi-axis preferred)
•Strong knowledge of 5-axis machining, precision tolerances, and complex geometries
•Experience with Swiss, 5-axis, lathes, and mills machines (any combination welcome)
•Proficiency in G-code and CAM systems (Mastercam, Esprit, SolidWorks, etc.)
•Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process documentation
•Strong problem-solving and communication skills
•US citizen or legal permanent resident
Preferred Skills:
•Experience with tight-tolerance aerospace, medical, or high-precision components
•Knowledge of tooling strategies, workholding, and automation
•Lean/continuous improvement mindset
