This farmhouse renovation brought new life to a classic home while preserving its original character, made possible by the craftsmanship and dedication of our Building Construction team.
The project began by taking the house down to the studs to inspect the structure before installing new electrical, insulation, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Through every phase, our team focused on precision, quality, and attention to detail to ensure a solid foundation for the transformation. The master suite was expanded by 300 square feet to create a larger bathroom and closet, and upgraded fixtures and appliances were installed throughout while maintaining the original cabinetry.
Inside, select original walls were preserved with a whitewash finish, and a new dual-sided fireplace was added as a central feature. A concrete-formed storm shelter and safe room was also built into the home, discreetly hidden. On the exterior, a new half-wrap porch built with cypress columns overlooks the lake, complemented by cypress deck boards for durability and aesthetics. A new patio connects the master bedroom to the outdoor space with natural stone finishes, along with all-new landscaping featuring sod, shrubs, and Japanese maple trees.
An impressive build done by our Building Construction Team!
