We're a team of service-minded individuals ready to help you. D&W Diesel began in 1976 as a rebuilder of starters and alternators in a rented one bay garage in Auburn, New York. Today, D&W has grown into an employee owned national distributor and remanufacturer of a wide variety of products for industrial and mobile equipment applications. With consistent growth, D&W now operates out of a 110,000

square foot facility, warehousing and remanufacturing engine components, tank truck equipment, hydraulic components & PTOS, industrial products and hoses. Our team of associate owners is over 350 strong, providing exceptional service and quality products to keep your equipment up and running. Remanufacturing –
Remanufacturing takes worn out parts and restores them to a like new condition. This process results in quality you can count on, up to 60% cost savings verses new, reduced demand for raw materials and energy, less waste being put into the environment and extended equipment life. D&W offers a wide scope of remanufacturing services from custom rebuilds of single units, to setting up and operating complete remanufacturing programs for OEMs. Distribution –
We have one of the largest engine component parts inventories in North America. D&W has the engine components you need and is ready to ship today. Our corporate distribution facility serves customers all over North America. D&W also has 9 conveniently located regional service and distribution centers which serve customers in the Midwest, Mid Atlantic and New England. Whether you are looking for a service replacement part or a performance upgrade we have the product and the ability to get it to you fast! D&W offers engine components for a wide variety of internal combustion engines, including engines fueled by gasoline, diesel, bio-fuels, CNG, LPG, and methane. We offer products for small single cylinder air cooled engines up to large bore 16 cylinder engines. Our Products Include:

Associates and friends came together Friday night to attend the Paws for Pucks Syracuse Crunch game! It was a fun night for all that included typical game day eats, complimentary cheering cones (sorry to anyone near our section) and finally, petting adorable dogs in the memorial hall before the puck dropped. A paw-fect way to start the weekend🐾

What a night this was! D&W associates came out and had an awesome time at the corporate battle of the bands at the Red House Arts Center, Inc. And it showed, since D&W took home the Best Audience Participation award!🎶

On top of that, the Redhouse exceeded its fundraising goal! Thanks to everyone for supporting D&W’s Ziggy & the Reman Band and a great cause🎸🤘

🏆D&W Turns 50: In the fall of 2021, one of the biggest moments in D&W history takes place. Dave and Doug sold the business to Jasper Holdings. It was important to them that business remain locally owned and managed for the sake of the employees and the communities in which we operate. Jasper Holdings was the clear choice as D&W would remain locally run, and not a single person lost their job. Greg Wrona was named President of D&W after being with the company for over a decade.

And the best part? We are now 100% associate owned! Having an employee stock ownership retirement plan (ESOP) benefits all of us, giving everyone a stake in the company’s success and a stronger foundation for the future.

Since 2021 D&W has grown 20% in sales, cut health care costs to employees by 50%, and taken over management of Diesel USA, one of our sister companies. We continue to prioritize servicing our customers and the success of our associates.

To our customers, partners, and team of associates - thank you for fueling our journey. We couldn’t have done it without you. We hope you enjoyed following this series!
