For the eighth consecutive year, our Lenoir, North Carolina, facility has been recognized by the State of North Carolina with the State’s Gold Award for Safety, which is presented to organizations with lost-time incident rates that are at least 50 percent below the industry average. The team earned the Silver Safety Award from the state for three consecutive years (2015–2017) before receiving their first Gold Award in 2018.

In addition to state recognition, Lenoir has received several prestigious company awards that reflect the team's commitment to operational excellence and employee well-being, including:
