In the spirit of gratitude and giving, our Auburn Hills team recently volunteered with Dream Centers of Michigan to help sort, pack and stack boxes filled with complete meals for families in need. Together with other corporate partners, we prepared boxes that will help feed over 3,300 families during this Thanksgiving season. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our Community as we continue to Build a Better Everything.

At Android, Building a Better Everything includes celebrating our cultures and traditions. Our team in Silao, Mexico recently celebrated Day of the Dead (Día de Mu***os), an important holiday that involves family and friends gathering to pay respect and remember friends and family members who have died.

The prominent symbol of Mexico's Day of the Dead is most known as "La Catrina," an elegantly dressed skeletal figure that is often referred to as the "Dapper Skeleton." Other traditions include honoring the deceased by building altars or ofrendas to include four symbolic elements: fire, air, water and earth. Fire is represented by candles and incense, air by Papel picado or other moving decorations, water by a cup of water, and earth by food offerings and flowers such as cempasuchil (marigolds).

It is also common to share traditional Pan de Mu**to with family and friends, and to write Literary Calaveras (humorous rhyming poems about death).

During this event, teams discussed early detection, honored those who have gone through the battle and raised awareness internally by celebrating together.

Over the course of three days, the team celebrated our Kaizen contributions through an interactive expo and collaborated together to share information and business updates as we plan for 2026 and beyond.
