We are pleased to announce that Laurie Schupmann has joined our Board of Directors.

Laurie brings more than 35 years of accounting and finance experience, advising large, multinational organizations across the industrial products and technology sectors. A retired partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, her career includes extensive work in business strategy, risk management, governance, and M&A, along with global leadership experience serving clients across Europe and Asia.

We look forward to the perspective and expertise Laurie will bring as we continue to execute our strategy and drive long-term value.

Our Strategy Leadership Team recently visited India, engaging with employees, customers, partners, and government stakeholders across key locations. The visit reinforced the importance of India as a strategic and fast-growing market for Sensata.

A highlight included a meeting with Ashwini Vaishnaw, India’s Minister for Railways, Information and Broadcasting, and Electronics and IT, and Santosh R., Sensata’s Director of Sales in India, where discussions focused on opportunities in infrastructure, AI, mobility, and electronics manufacturing.

During the visit, our leadership team connected with employees at our India Technology Center and across other sites, hosted a town hall, and experienced firsthand the technical expertise and innovation driving our work. Across our businesses, India continues to present strong opportunities driven by innovation, electrification, and digital transformation.

Following our recognition as winner of the 2025 Dutch Innovation Prize (Large Company category), Sensata Hengelo hosted members of the local Business Association, Industriële Kring Twente (IKT), for an event focused on engineering excellence, innovation and talent management.

The session brought together organizations from across the region to share practical insights on engineering innovation, as well as attracting and developing talent.

Through panel discussions and product demonstrations, our teams shared how innovation is delivered in practice and learned from the experiences of others operating in the Twente business community.
