Another United Power Press NCO Series OBI being rigged to a customer on Friday. This model is 28 tons and back geared to allow for full tonnage at a higher point in the stroke. The resolver based control is an ISB RBPC with programmable limit switches, die protection, time based brake monitor, counters and many other features. ISB light curtains and side guards will be installed when it is rigged into its final position. JM Engineering (508) 809-6069.

Another Pacific hydraulic press brake just guarded by JM Engineering using Merlin 3000 light curtains and a PLC interface that automatically changes the mute point with no mechanical adjustments. The side guards and light curtains swing 180 degrees out of the way for easy tool changes and maintenance.

Minster P2 just upgraded by JM Engineering with a completely new control that has 21 channels of die protection, programmable limit switches to control the feed line and ancillary equipment, brake monitor, counters etc. Also installed were new light curtains.
