Our Checon, LLC location in Glens Falls,NY is nestled on Pruyn’s Island along the banks of the Hudson River.

Today, the City of Glens Falls proudly celebrated the grand reopening of Pruyn’s Path Interpretive and Exercise Trail!

This project was part of the city’s waterfront revitalization plan.

The 1.25 mile paved path runs along the scenic bank of the Hudson River, connecting Murray Street Park to Haviland Cove Park and linking with the Feeder Canal.

Thanks to our generous employees here at Checon, LLC - Glens Falls, we were able to help young students in our community stay warm this winter with donations of coats, hats, gloves, scarfs, and socks! 😊

We love our kids throughout the North Country, Washington and Northern Saratoga Counties 💙

A huge thank you to our wonderful friends at Checon for hosting a 'United In Purpose' community drive. Their efforts made it possible for us to distribute new winter essentials to local schools, benefiting hundreds of students in our communities.

We also express our gratitude to the dedicated educators who work with us to make sure our young people are safe, warm, and well cared for. United, we lead the way.

As we gear up for Veterans Day on November 11th, we want to take a moment to honor our amazing employees who have served or are currently serving in the Military, Reserves, or National Guard.

We’re asking all military members to share a photo with us! Whether it’s a snapshot in uniform or a fun pic of you, we’d love to celebrate your service! Just include your branch of service and the Alloy Company where you work or have retired.

You can send your electronic photos to your HR rep or bring a hard copy that we can scan and return immediately.

Please submit your photos by Friday, November 1st, so we can share them at work in honor of your contributions!

Join us at SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury on Friday, October 18, for a National Manufacturing Day event!

Checon is excited to participate in this celebration of modern manufacturing aimed at inspiring the next generation of manufacturers. The event will provide 9th and 10th-grade students and their parents from WSWHE BOCES(Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex Board of Cooperative Educational Services) school districts the chance to engage with local employers and explore manufacturing, production, and STEAM ( Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math) career opportunities.

- When: Friday, October 18, 2024, from 9 AM - 2 PM
- Where: SUNY Adirondack, 640 Bay Rd., Queensbury, NY 12804

Attendees can look forward to an interactive tabling event, a career fair, and site tours. Checon will showcase the exciting career paths available in our industry.

💖 In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Alloy Holdings and its partners Checon, Morvillo Precision Products, and Lee's Manufacturing are proud to support the fight against breast cancer!

Starting Wednesday, October 9th, we invite all Alloy Holdings employees to wear PINK every Wednesday for the rest of the month. Alloy will donate $1.00 for each participant every week! With around 300 employees, if just half of us join every week, we could raise $600 for The American Breast Cancer Foundation!
