Good Morning! ⛳️ Happy Friday!

Everyone sees “I built that", almost nobody sees the 25,000 hours between “I have an idea" and those words.

Because that’s the part people don’t understand about owning a small business. The thing everyone sees - the products, the booth, the brand, the sales, the “look how far you’ve come” is only the tip of the iceberg.

Underneath it is sacrifice, setbacks, fear, failure, persistence and a ridiculous amount of work that will never make it onto a highlight reel.

Everyone has an idea, but it takes a different kind of crazy to keep building when the idea keeps costing you more than it gives back.

To keep showing up when nothing is working, to keep believing when the evidence says you should quit, to look at something that has failed 100 times and still think, “Okay… what if I try it this way?”

That mindset probably isn’t always logical, maybe it’s a little deranged. But sometimes the people crazy enough to keep going are the ones who eventually build the thing everyone else gets to call an overnight success.

So if you’re in the part nobody sees yet, KEEP GOING!

One day somebody will look at what you built and say,
“Damn, you’re lucky.” And you’ll know, it was never luck, it was 25,000 hours they didn’t see. 🌱🤝
