Job Overview: this position entails operation of our robot weld station for aftermarket replacement baskets. Primary responsibilities include loading parts for the robot to weld, monitoring and adjustment of robots to ensure the quality of the weld(s), proper completion of all production order and birth certificate paperwork, and clear communication up and down stream on parts quantity and quality needs. The goal: efficient throughput to meet customer and parts stock needs. Key to this is avoidance of damage to this sensitive machine; collisions and major damage to be avoided. Secondary responsibilities include regular maintenance at the work station; both the jigs and robots themselves. Assist with any unplanned maintenance issues that arise. Tertiary responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Able to multitask and achieve production goals.
 Able to organize and complete required paperwork.
 Good communication skills required.
 Production experience preferred
 Weld experience preferred

We're looking for an experienced painter to use our powder-coating system to paint manufactured parts. Other responsibilities are: loading and unloading paint line, application of quality standards, and preventative maintenance on equipment. Progressive wages based on qualifications!
