Our Story
FAR helps businesses to reach more customers, gain loyalty, and exceed accessibility standards through smart technologies.
FAR was started by three friends with one goal, to enable greater independence for the blind and visually impaired. After one of the friends (who is blind) was in a tragic accident while walking his son to school, the friends began brainstorming how technology could be used to help make life safer for people who are visually impaired. Over time, these ideas have evolved into a full system to support the needs of the blind and visually impaired while building customers and brand loyalty for businesses.
