Plant 05 Employee of the Quarter is Eric Heslor! Supervisors nominated Eric because he has been an excellent example of Shared Success by not only successfully supporting the needs of the facility, but always making sure that our business need timelines are met for the cross functional teams he’s been supporting. He’s been a prime component in the Plant 05 start up in ensuring that items aren’t only completed but completed with the strategic sense of what the future will look like. He has faced various obstacles but continues to push through, with a positive attitude, and works through ways to help improve the plant. He inspires the team here to continue to do better and has led the team through every bump on the road.

Plant 03 Employee of the Quarter is Bill Quick! Supervisors nominated Bill because he goes above and beyond to dig into root causes of mechanical issues. He has a wealth of knowledge in our equipment and is quick to produce solid solutions and outside of the box thinking. He displays Servant Leadership by helping everyone around him even if it is outside his purview. He commits to Shared Success in working with the automation team and helping drive improvements throughout the plant. He knows how to prioritize to meet customer driven demands and focus on the highest priority repairs first.

Plant 02 Employee of the Quarter is Carlos Contreras! Supervisors nominated Carlos because he is a great example of our core values:
Customers First, Employees Always: Carlos is always thinking of our customers and always supports the PLT02 U-Bolt department for new operators by onboarding and working with the teams.

Shared Success: He’s willing to share his knowledge through QEKs and continuous improvement with other makers so we can all succeed and have a better understanding of our processes.

Inspire and Support: He provides support to other makers and helps with what needs to be done.

Servant Leadership: He helps assist and coach other makers and is always willing to step up and work the necessary hours to get the job done. He comes to work with positive attitude and is ready to go work daily.

Plant 01 Employee of the Quarter is Estevan Vega! Supervisors nominated Estevan because Assembly operator is just a title to him. He has accomplished running several machines in different departments. He was able to help the Fabrication department when press brake help was needed, he nailed the Time Saver once it transitioned from Plant 04, and he currently is helping the Automatic Press department by running a press. He is also in the process of completing his goal is to become a Team Lead.

Plant 05 in Fort Worth, Texas is ramping up!! We are preparing for production in a few weeks and are so excited to grow the team! We are hosting an onsite PSG Hiring Event on Wednesday, June 28th and Thursday, June 29th from 9:00AM to 1:00PM CST both days!

Open positions are General Fabrication Operators, Material Handlers, Assembly Operators, and Quality Technicians for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift! All experience levels are welcome!
