This is what an open kitchen is supposed to feel like. 🔥
At chophouse285 in Englewood, FL, the grill isn’t hidden in the back, it’s front and center, framed in its own window with the restaurant’s name cut right into the steel. Guests watch the fire, the smoke, the chef working the line, salmon over live wood coals. Dinner and a show.
Keith and Laurie Farlow wanted a wood-fired grill worthy of being the centerpiece of the whole room. We got to build it, custom hearth, adjustable-height grates, live fire, all of it made to be seen.
And honestly? Seeing our name cut into steel next to a working fire, with a chef cooking behind it, that never gets old.
Congrats to the whole Chophouse285 team. This one’s a beauty🔥
