Aquanda Lewis’s title is technically Chief Operating Officer, but we could call her our Everywoman in Chief. With over 20 years of experience in operational leadership, she brings clarity, discipline, and high standards to every single process and system that fuels our mission. Whether she’s commanding the boardroom, speaking at an industry event, holding a company-wide town hall, or conceptualizing a campaign, she always leads with grace, dignity, and a demand for excellence.

Aquanda is always quick to point out that she doesn’t see herself as a “woman executive,” but rather a “capable executive.” Still, her dedication to mentoring the other Leading Ladies of LDR is proof that she knows the importance of her role as a female leader in a male-dominated industry. We are all lucky to have Aquanda as our North Star. Thanks for always seeing your LDR crew through. We’re making HERstory with you!

It’s still Women’s HERstory Month, and we’re still shining a spotlight on Leading Ladies of LDR. If you’ve been lucky enough to work for LDR, chances are good that one of the first faces you encountered was Darnell McLean. As our Training & Development Manager, Darnell is responsible for making sure every single LDR employee is equipped with expertise so we can do the job right. Her hard work recently reached new heights with the roll-out and introduction of our internal learning portal–a centralized hub for all of our training & continuing education resources. Darnell constantly invests her time, energy, and expertise in her colleagues here at LDR–ultimately empowering us to invest our own hard work in delivering results for our customers.
