Choosing paint colors and playing around with undertones. Don’t forget that all paint depending on the room, lighting and sun will highlight a slight undertone of pink, violet, blue, green or yellow. We have a few properties in motion and were extra excited to see the bathrooms. One of them has an aloe penny tile so the walls will have a slight olive undertone and then the bathroom with the reddish pink Zellige will have a deep color similar color to it encasing the walls.

We’ve done many kitchens along the way, this one is particular feels so warm. Something about this space invites you right into the kitchen area. The window allows you to see everything outside, including the pool area. In autumn all the view is bright yellows and orange while cooking 🍁🍂

We are taking two more small to medium scale project before the year ends and getting the January-March calendars adjusted for various homes!

Complete renovation in west Atlanta (grove park area)! The entire home had a facelift. We used as backsplash kitchen tile, Zellige crema in gloss- we love Zellige as they are made in Spain and quality tiles!

I’m sure the kitchen view as the season changes will be precious too with autumn follliage.

It’s about to hit the market, here is a bathroom for the grove park home in ATL! You can see the entire home makeover on our highlights under “Matilda”.

We made the shower the main focus here and used the pedestal to take us less space. We thought about removing the window but it gives natural light so we opted to keep it.

We created this combo and loved it. The plum is such a rich color (floor and decor)! We thought the shower wall tile was going to be more reddish brown vs warm but still beautiful. Like many of our current projects, it’s in process due to permit wait times. But once it’s done we will share before and after.

Is anyone else finding themselves pushing away from cool grey and white to more warm for bathrooms? We are!

One of the projects we are personally working on (design, build) in Atlanta, it’s looking empty so far but will take shape soon! I truly enjoy getting the liberty to design and choose finishes in projects to give it a cohesive look. This home will be available in spring time!

Stay tuned for updates on our finish choices! So far we have most picked, up next is the exterior paint. We’re looking for the perfect cream color vs traditional white.

Irish interiors we enjoyed to learn about and see. There is a mix of styles from the Celts, Vikings, Roman’s and English. Lots of castles and cottages still intact to visit, it really is like what you see in movies. I wish I remembered his name but a tour guide for one of the estates gave us a detailed explanation on what is required for home up keep to maintain them standing, it’s a lot of work. We highly recommend you visit 🇮🇪

I think we will share more pictures of places we visit, or have visited! The best form of education and inspiration is seeing what’s outside your bubble.
