Our team is excited to share that Star Metals Office received recognition from the American Society of Landscape Architects during the 2023 Southeast Regional Conference. Presented by the Conference Awards Committee, the Class A office and retail building that is the most recent built phase of Star Metals Atlanta, took home a Merit Award in the General Design Category.

This development is truly a unique addition to West Midtown, shaking up the status quo of typical office space with tenant balconies, lush green roofs and a large amenity deck.

We look forward to the future of Star Metals District and continuing to work with The Allen Morris Company and team!

What are you passionate about?

"I enjoy using native plants in my planting designs. They’re adapted to our climate naturally, they tend to be less maintenance in terms of watering requirements, and now there are different cultivars that have brighter flower colors, don’t grow as spindly, and can be more compact for use in smaller areas.

Some native plants that I enjoy using in my planting designs include: ‘Forest Pansy’ Redbud (tree), ‘White Cloud’ Muhly Grass, Black Eyed Susan, ‘Shamrock’ Inkberry Holly, American Holly, ‘Kingpin’ Willow Oak (tree), and the Tulip Tree (tree)." - Murry (Clif) Rodgers
