PROJECT UPDRAFT Ep. 5 — This Thing Is HUGE! 🔥
Project Updraft is finally starting to look like a smoker! 🔥

In Episode 5, we start building the cook chamber by welding in a 4" strip of 1/4" plate. Then we mount the chamber for the first time—and finally get to see just how massive this 250-gallon vertical smoker is going to be.

This build is far from finished. Follow along as we turn a propane tank into a one-of-a-kind smoker, one piece at a time.

This isn't just about welding pieces together — every part of Project Updraft is being designed around airflow, heat distribution, and getting the smoke where it needs to go.
