Congratulations to Austin Shields getting the W on G’ville. Austin had a 5 bass limit weighing in at 25.27 lbs including tournament big bass weighing at 6.99 lbs.

2nd - Jeff Risbeck with 23.54 lbs
3rd - Tommy Isbell with 22.04 lbs
4th - Brent Morris with 20.71 lbs
5th - John Bailey with 18.78 lbs

We had 20 boaters compete today with 15 weighing in 5 bass limits. Our next tournament will be Saturday July 11 on G’ville launching from GTO Tackle & Grill at Goosepond Colony Marina ramp.

G’ville Anglers,

Please join us for tournament #6 of the ABA AFT D29 Alabama North trail, taking place this Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Goosepond Marina ramp, hosted by GTO Tackle & Grill. Registration will occur under the pavilion next to the restaurant between 3:30 am - 04:45 am. A mandatory safety meeting will be held shortly before the boat launch at around 5:00 am (safe light). The weigh-in will begin at 3:00 pm under the pavilion next to the store.

The tournament entry fee is $70. Anglers also have the option to participate in the big bass and option pot for $10 each. Option pot pays 1 out of 10. ABA membership, which allows participation in any ABA trail or division, is $50 for both new and renewing members.
