A Quick Update From EDC SolutionsT1 📣

As many of you know, I continue to fight Mantle Cell Lymphoma, and unfortunately the treatments and daily battle have started taking a heavier toll on my stamina and overall health. Because of this, some changes will be made moving forward for the health of both myself and the business.

First and foremost, I want to assure every customer currently waiting on an order that fulfilling your orders is my number one priority. I deeply appreciate your patience, support, and understanding during this time.

To help me catch up and ensure every pending order receives the attention and quality it deserves, we will be suspending all incoming orders during the month of June to get these orders completed and shipped.

Moving forward, EDC SolutionsT1 will also be transitioning to a more boutique-style business model. We will only be accepting a limited number of orders each month. Once those predetermined slots are filled, we will close orders until the following month.

Additionally, we will be shutting down our website. All future orders and communication will take place directly through Messenger on our social media accounts.

This business means the world to Laura and myself, and I’m incredibly thankful for every single one of you who has supported us through this journey. Thank you for standing by us during this season of life. ❤️

Due to the current economy, combined with the limited hours Dave is able to work while continuing the fight against Mantle Cell Lymphoma, we will be transitioning to a more boutique-style business model moving forward.

What this means is that instead of maintaining large inventory and high-volume production, we will be operating in a "limited capacity" , focusing on smaller, carefully selected runs and completely custom items that we can produce with the time and resources available.

We know this is a shift from what many of you are used to, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. Your support and understanding during this time mean more to us than we can express.

Don't forget insulin that some pumps and other diabetic monitoring devices do not automatically adjust time; the pump user needs to adjust the time manually for DST, when changing batteries, and whenever the insulin pump device shuts down. Incorrect time settings on the insulin pump will result in incorrect insulin delivery if the patient uses multiple basal rates or multiple insulin-to-carb ratios. Inadvertent hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia may result from incorrect insulin pump time settings.
