Quick maintenance tip, Foamies!

Clean your check valves.

Dirty check valves restrict flow and cause pressure imbalances that mess up your pattern and ratio.

How often: Daily. Check them before you start for the day. Takes about: Less than 5 minutes What you need: A can of brake cleaner to spray them out and make sure they're clean and ready to go.

This one simple step prevents so many headaches on the job.

Troubleshooting Tuesday, Foamies!

Problem: A-side pump cycling but no material flow

Quick checks:
Check your A-side ball valves (make sure they're opening fully)
Check your gauge to make sure you're actually building pressure
Recirculate the A-side back into the drum to get the air out of your hose
