Got the opportunity to weld up 16 of these load bar racks for a local trucking company. 16 done in 8 days, as I still work a full time gig. 16 racks means 64 posts , 64 feet, 16 plates , 128 pieces of L channel and 384 pieces of re-bar ( 1,536 spot welds for grid work) and a whole ass attitude. Commercial/production/custom fab, FTF can and will deliver above expectation 👍🏻

John Deere quick attach 🚮🚮🚮 Skid steer quick attach 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Torched the old JD mounting off and CNC cut out custom universal mounting or “ skid steer” style with additional face plate extensions. This design is a much more stronger style than your traditional pre bent weld on plate you can buy and can be used with multiple other equipment brands. Customer had purchased a new Kubota and wanted to keep these instead of buying a new heavy duty set. 814-660-1753 for all your welding and CNC needs🤝🏻

This truck tool box needed to fit in the back of an Polaris expedition sxs. Had to cut 5-1/2” out of it to fit in the bed. 1/16th aluminum is not a fun material and a lot of tig time on this, functions as it should and a neat little project wrapped up 👍🏻. 814 660 1753 for all your welding needs.

Burned out these custom draw bar plates for an IH that was converted to a high crop style. This allowed the original draw bar to be dropped 4” for correct draw bar height. Draw bar is still removable as it was from factory. CNC services always available here at FTF 👍🏻

This Kubota UTV came in with severe passenger floor rot ( the floor was a window😅) . Cut out all the bad and added a longer cross member and CNC cut a new floor and two piece wheel well out of heavy gauge steel to withstand many more years of use 👍🏻

This boom mower came in completely snapped off and un-usable. Threw some heavy plate at it and internally sleeved it so it’s stronger than before. Added exterior fish plates to really strengthen the weld joint and it will be a chore to snap this one again. Another one out the door and done right 🫵🏻🤝🏻

This bolt on tooth bar was just a PIA and when not needed , unnecessary time was taken to remove 7 bolts to take it off....

This bolt on tooth bar was just a PIA and when not needed , unnecessary time was taken to remove 7 bolts to take it off. With bottom wedge plates welded into tooth bar frame and 2 heavy duty 3/8” thick tabs this tooth bar can be taken off with just 2 mounting points within minutes.
