Full Time Technician
Ferrara Equipment Co. is a family-owned business that prides itself on exceptional customer service. We do our best to appreciate and award our employees. As a technician at Ferrara Equipment, you’ll utilize your skills to perform maintenance and repairs of complex equipment; both customer owned as well as our rental fleet. Everyday you can improve and challenge yourself, and like every member of our team we will rely on you to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. We are growing exponentially, so you will have the opportunity to work towards growth and career development within the company.
Duties include but are not limited to:
● Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems on a variety of equipment and tools with the oversight of an experienced technician.
● Maintain paperwork of job performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner, daily.
● Potentially demonstrate operation of equipment for customers as needed.
● Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:
● High School diploma or equivalent
● Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
● Desire to learn, read and understand schematics and diagrams
● Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
● Ability to frequently lift items up to 45lbs.
● A desire and willingness to learn the repair and maintenance of equipment
