Hello, I’m Joel Bullard, and I’m running as a candidate for election to Boone Electric Cooperatives Board of Directors. I currently serve as your Board President, and I’m humbled by the past support to represent your voice on our Cooperatives board. I’m proud to share that Missouri Electric Cooperatives and Boone Electric are very fortunate to have some of the lowest electric rates in the nation. I want you to know that as your president every board discussion, decision, and vote, is made based on what’s in the best interest of our members. I’m proud to be a member, and to serve you on our board. I’m asking for your consideration and vote this Thursday September 14th at Boone Electric Cooperatives annual meeting.
