Scraper tractor is down for the count! The torsional dampener tore and left it sitting in the cut. Getting to it looks way worse than it really is. Parts are on order. Hoping the rain stays away atleast for another couple days.

It was a interesting day on the scraper tractors. The inner drive wheel actually cracked out and broke. The wheel spun on the bolts and wore into them. We got the new wheels on and are waiting for new hardware!

Just doing a little morning regeneration! The exhaust filter was getting a little plugged up on this tractor so it needed to be cleaned. The good thing about doing these services are that you don't even have to open your toolbox. All the work is done with a computer!

Bobcats and broken wires! This one had codes for the auxiliary hydraulic solenoid having a open circuit. The solenoid tested fine so I went on the search for bad wiring. This is what I found. I spliced the wires back together and this one is ready for work.

Doing a little hydraulic work on a truck today. This cylinder is leaking and needs resealed. Got it pulled out and hauled back to the shop this afternoon.

Here's an update, the heater valve was working correctly. The engine itself was not building any heat. The thermostat is what regulates the engine temperature. This thermostat has a few cracks in it so we replaced it and now we've got heat again!

Fixing leaks and getting heat back in the cab. This one had a few issues but I think we got them solved. Parts will be here tomorrow and she'll be back at work.

We've been in the process of making one good machine out of two. The customer bought a machine that had a bad engine because he needed a cab for his original loader. We decided that the new loader was a better fit for the original machines engine. We swapped the engine from the original machine to the new machine. While doing the swap we fixed some leaks on the engine, had the radiators cleaned and coated. Swapped the machine frame harness and did a full service. We got it fired up and running today! A few panels in the morning and it's ready to go!

Sorry followers... this last month and a half have been a whirlwind to say the least! We've have had a bunch of different projects going, small and big. We've been doing everything from engines to tracks. Keep us in mind for all your equipment repairs! And also, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
