Thank you everyone for all of your support. Many families and communities are are able to get power, heat, and the ability to cook with your generosity. We have sent out 18 generators so far and will be distributing the last 4 today.
Things are improving but there is still so much work to do. The temperatures are down into the 30’s and 40’s at night and only getting colder. We will continue to donate generators as well as other essential needs such as propane, heaters, and warm clothes/blankets.
We need your help to continue this work. Please share this on your socials with friends, family, and anyone else you know so that we can push this as far out as possible.

Thank you all so much for your support. We are continuing to give generators to places like Fairview, Marshall, smith mill works where they have a natural spring and are pumping water to over 40 drivers as of yesterday. Our community is amazing and so are you, but we are still in need. There are so many mountain communities that literally have not been reached yet. Yes, you heard that right. Imagine 13 days with zero power. These generators are providing communities with the most basic of relief. We will continue to update and work in our community.

‼️Update‼️Triple Wide Restoration Products
To all of our customers, friends, neighbors and beyond. We sincerely apologize we have not been able to serve you the way we normally do. Our city has been devastated by hurricane Helene. Our employees and crews have been working on clearing trees and volunteering for the past week.
We have not had power, cell service, or water since last Friday. Utilities are slowly coming back online and we are starting to be able to truly get a sense of the impact to our community. Currently our operations are still at a stand still, but we anticipate that we will be able to get back to operations on Monday.
A lot has changed here in Westetn NC and we don’t expect it to be back to “normal” for months. Currently our forklift is being used around the clock at Biltmore Church to unload essential supplies for recovery efforts, so we do not have the capacity to load or unload freight.
Our contracting trucks have been stripped of equipment in order to deliver supplies to rural mountain communities as well as transport goods.
UPS and FedEx have just resumed pickups in our area as of yesterday so we will be fulfilling orders from the last 9 days this weekend. If you are no longer in need of our products or services, send us a message or email for a full refund.
Our WiFi is still out at the shop and we have spotty cell service throughout the Asheville area. We are currently responding to emails and calls with a starlink system about 10 miles from our shop. If we do not respond immediately, we do apologize, we’re all doing our absolute best.
A huge shoutout to all of our employees and folks that have been helping our community. College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving of Asheville, Whitaker Oil Company, Biltmore Church, BeLoved Asheville, Triple Wide Pressure Washing and Deck Restoration, Saia LTL Freight, Manicomio Pizza, Appalachian Wyld Botanicals plus those we can’t seem to tag including -

The response to our community has been overwhelming, but we are still in need of certain things. We were able to pickup 10 much needed generators from South Carolina courtesy of BE Power equipment. These are currently being distributed to rural areas of our community were power and water may not be back for MONTHS!
If you feel so inclined, we are attempting to crowd fund money to bring in more generators and supplies into our home but we need funds to do so. There is a link for a go fund me below. If you’re able to give anything at all, our citizens are in dire need.
Attached are some photos of my neighborhood, Phillip Brunt. Our home was safe from flooding by a couple of feet, but our neighbors have lost everything. Trying to spread ourselves out to help where needed has been exhausting and we’re all feeling it; however, our community is strong and has shown extreme resilience. I have never been prouder to be part of a community than I am in this moment. We will continue to persevere, recover, and serve our neighbors. God bless you all and your families!

‼️Helene update!‼️
Our city is completely without cell service, power, water and gas. Our shop has become completely inaccessible due to flooding and downed trees. Western North Carolina has been absolutely devastated by this storm. We will be back in the shop as soon as we are able to get to it. Orders will be sent out ASAP, hopefully by Monday. We apologize for the delays and ask for your thoughts for our community during this disaster.

We are being hit pretty hard by rain already tonight. We will be in the office tomorrow morning but will be keeping most employees home. Orders may be delayed a day or two but we will do our absolute best to keep up. We will still be available by phone or email during normal business hours.

‼️🔥FIRE SAFETY PSA!🔥‼️

Late last night we were called by our security system company for a smoke alarm. Some oily rags had spontaneously combusted due to negligence. As the owner, I take full responsibility for the breakdown in safety protocol. Luckily, our security system worked properly and first responders were there very quickly. Nothing of significance was lost and we were out at the shop early this morning to clean up and go over proper prevention.

This fire was caused by oil soaked rags being disposed of improperly. Our wood restoration company had been applying a curing oil to an Ipe deck at one of our jobs on Friday, and the rags used were not soaked in water afterwards. When curing oils like Penofin, Messmers, or something similar are not soaked in water or otherwise properly discarded, they can and will spontaneously combust.

If you’re new to pressure washing, wood restoration, or any industry using chemicals; or if you’ve been in long enough to know proper procedures, let this be a lesson or reminder that these things can and will happen!

We’re very happy to have gotten out of this relatively unscathed and our operations can proceed unhindered. Count your lucky stars you woke up today and got this reminder!
