This Summer, Tom and I installed a fireplace and wood fired oven for Scott and Todd. We did the basic installation and the homeowners laid the rock and really made it look great.

We just completed this Forno Bravowood fired oven installation this week located in the Five Points neighborhood of Asheville. It's ready to be cured and then let the cooking begin!
It's perfect in scale for this North Asheville neighborhood. It's low key, has enough counter space to allow for food prep, setting hot items on as well as your cold beer or lemonade.
This model is a Forno Bravo Casa 90 residential modular oven kit which is among our most popular models. Counter surface is Pennsylvania Bluestone which is becoming one of my favorite choices for counter surfaces. Installation is by Jim Erskine, and Tom Silver, oven purchase is from The ARCH Architectural Finishes, Flooring and More.

I completed this oven a couple of days ago for Tiffany and Steve. They have a Forno Bravo Casa 90 with a Argentine grill built in next to the oven.
They are going to enjoy this oven and grill for many years.
