A five-minute test can change what happens next for a patient.

Not every practice has a dedicated vascular lab. Not every clinic has staff trained in complex diagnostic workflows. But peripheral artery disease doesn't wait for the right setup, and patients with PAD are walking in every day without knowing it.

The simpleABI Pro-Lab Bundle puts comprehensive vascular testing within reach for any practice that takes lower extremity disease seriously. Every major exam type on one system. Rapid ABI-Q screening in five minutes. Automated acquisition so results don't depend on who runs the test. DICOM integration for clean, structured reporting.

It's also backed by a 5-year warranty that covers parts, labor, and accidental breakage, so once it's in your clinic, it stays working.

If your practice sees diabetic patients, wound care cases, or anyone at risk for PAD, this is the system worth a closer look.

Picture a busy clinic morning. A tech reaching for a cuff that isn't where it should be. A cable tangled under the exam table. Patients waiting a few extra minutes that add up by noon.

Small friction points like these slow down care and wear on staff.

Newman Medical Mobile Stands were built to fix exactly that. Integrated baskets keep everything organized and within reach. Quiet rolling casters let the whole system move quickly between rooms, with locking wheels for stability once you're there. Height adjusts easily so operators stay comfortable whether sitting or standing through a full day of testing.

Less searching. Less strain. More time with patients.

He didn't mention his legs.

He mentioned being tired. A small wound on his foot that wouldn't heal. Cramping he'd written off as just getting older. None of it sounded urgent, until the ABI test came back and told a different story.

This happens more often than most people realize. 8.5 million Americans live with peripheral artery disease, and most don't know it. The test that could catch it early often just doesn't get run, not from lack of awareness, but because fitting it into a busy day is hard.

The simpleABI Cuff-Link was designed to make that easier. A five minute test any staff member can run. Automated results that take the guesswork out. A mobile design that goes to the patient instead of the other way around.

Pair it with the SteadyDop probe for steady, reliable readings even on patients other probes struggle with, and for a limited time it ships free with every Cuff-Link purchase.

Early detection saves limbs. Make it easier to catch.

Most warranties have fine print. This one doesn't need it.

For 50 years, our team has worked at the leading edge of vascular diagnostics, from inventing the modern Doppler to today's SteadyDop probe technology. But none of that matters if the equipment can't be counted on.

That's why every DigiDop comes with our 5 Year Everything Warranty. Accidental damage is covered. Cord failures are covered. Parts and labor are covered. No diagnostic fees, no paperwork maze, just one phone call to get back up and running.

DigiDop is engineered and built in the USA, ships same day from our Denver warehouse, and comes backed by real support staff who know the equipment, not a call center.

When you can't afford downtime, choose the equipment built to avoid it.

A nurse in the ER reaches for it to check a faint pulse. An OB tech uses it to find a fetal heartbeat in a worried mother's exam room. A wound care specialist relies on it to assess blood flow before treating a stubborn wound.

Same device. Completely different moments. Each one depending on getting it right the first time.

That's the role a handheld Doppler plays across a healthcare system, and it's exactly what Newman Medical built DigiDop to handle. Interchangeable probes move with you between obstetrics, vascular checks, and emergency care. A 5-year warranty backs every unit with no hidden fees. Every device is designed and made in the USA.

When the moment calls for fast, accurate answers, you want a tool you can trust completely.

Most patients with PAD have no idea they have it.

No dramatic symptoms. No obvious warning signs. Just narrowing arteries quietly doing damage until a wound won't heal, a pulse goes missing, or a limb is at risk.

Seven out of ten PAD cases go undiagnosed. That's not a gap in patient awareness. That's a gap in testing.

ABI testing is one of the simplest diagnostic steps in a clinical visit, comparable in time to taking a blood pressure reading. But most practices still aren't doing it. The patients who need it most are walking out the door without answers.

simpleABI makes in-office PAD testing straightforward, reimbursable, and backed by nearly 50 years of vascular diagnostic expertise. When your practice can catch what others miss, patients notice. So do their outcomes.

Before any procedure on a diabetic foot, there is one question that should never go unanswered: does this patient have enough blood flow for this tissue to heal?

It sounds simple. The consequences of skipping it are not.

A non-healing surgical wound in an ischemic foot can spiral quickly - additional visits, hospitalization, revision surgery, and in the worst cases, the amputation the procedure was meant to prevent. A five-minute Toe-Brachial Index exam can identify that risk before the first incision.

For diabetic patients especially, the TBI matters more than most clinicians realize. Standard ABI testing can return falsely normal results when arterial calcification is present. The TBI bypasses that problem entirely by measuring perfusion at the digital arteries of the toe, where calcification is rare.

"I fear amputation more than death itself."

This is the heartbreaking reality for many people living with Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). The fear of losing mobility, independence, and a limb hangs over millions of undiagnosed patients every single day.

What makes this a true tragedy is how preventable it is. PAD can be detected in under 5 minutes right in a doctor's office. Early screening saves limbs and lives, yet it is still not a standard part of routine care for at-risk patients. Every undiagnosed individual is a missed opportunity for early prevention and peace of mind.

We have the tools to change this narrative. Newman Medical’s simpleABI systems make PAD screening fast, accessible, and highly effective. The test takes less than 5 minutes and can be performed by any trained staff member, meaning your clinic can protect more patients without disrupting your daily schedule.

The technology is ready, and the need has never been more urgent. Let's make early detection the new standard.

Most people know smoking damages the lungs. Fewer know what it does to the legs.

Peripheral Artery Disease affects more than 8 million Americans, and in roughly 80% of cases, to***co use is the primary risk factor. It progresses quietly, without obvious symptoms, until the damage is done and the options narrow.

The patients most at risk are often sitting in exam rooms right now, with no idea.

Early detection changes that picture entirely. A non-invasive ABI test takes minutes and can catch arterial disease before it becomes a crisis.

We wrote about the connection between smoking and PAD, why it's so often missed, and what simple screening can do.

Here is something that does not get talked about enough in clinical training: choosing the wrong Doppler probe frequency does not just give you a weak signal. It can mean missing something that matters entirely.

Think of it like a flashlight. A tight, focused beam cuts through darkness with precision but only illuminates what is directly in front of it. Spread the beam wider and you cover more ground, but the light travels further to do it.

Doppler frequency is exactly that tradeoff.

8MHz is your precision beam. Shallow vessels close to the surface: ankle, foot, digits. Sharp, reliable signal where depth is not the challenge.

5MHz spreads wider and reaches deeper. Femoral, carotid, brachial, deep veins. The right call when there is more tissue between the probe and what you are trying to find.

3MHz is purpose-built for fetal monitoring. Wide angle, deep enough to detect heart tones early in pregnancy and reliable enough to carry you all the way through delivery.

2MHz goes deepest. Late-term, larger patients, any case where the signal needs to travel further than most probes can manage.

The number on the probe is not a label. It is a decision.
