A further development of the standard Profi-Flex profile (the world’s best wheel alignment system) is the Profi-Flex High Speed (HS) profile, which addresses the issue of run-out, that can occur on manually adjustable track wheels when used at higher operating speeds.

moveeros’ Profi-Flex HS design is a unique spacer solution and uses a single alignment pin (integral to the wheel and cannot be lost) ensures the disc is re-fitted in the correct position when track spacing is changed, and tolerances are maintained. This prevents the increased risk of part loss
and ‘wheel wobble’ seen in other wheels in the market to ensure optimal performance every time, while maintaining even load distribution.

Introducing Profi-Flex - the manually adjustable variable track wheel for agricultural applications from moveero

Our customers know, that adjustable steel wheels are commonly used on tractors, especially in row-crop farming. They offer several practical benefits that make field work easier and more efficient.

1. Adjustable Row Spacing
The biggest advantage is that the wheel width can be changed. Farmers can move the wheels in or out to match different crop row widths. For example, if a farmer grows corn one season and soybeans the next, the tractor wheels can be adjusted to fit both row spacings without damaging crops.

2. Better Stability

Sometimes field tests are the only way to truly simulate a machine’s real-world operating environment.
See here field testing with long-standing customers Fendt & Blunk and proved a useful learning exercise for our R&D team. Look at the size of this monster machine.
