Just like Halloween plans, a little scheduling ahead can go a long way!

We always love seeing familiar faces, but unexpected walk-ins mean longer wait times or that we won't be able to help you right away. Our providers have busy schedules, and walk-ins can delay our patients who have scheduled appointments.

We want to make sure we have the time set aside to give you the attention and care you deserve, so before making a surprise visit to our office, please give us a call!

Our office provides drop off services for cleanings and check ups.

Your phone is no longer connecting to your hearing aids, what is the next step?

iPhone NOT MFi Hearing Aids Edition (Not Made For iPhone devices)

✅Step 1. Locate and Go into the setting app on your phone.
- This is usually a grey app with a gear picture on it

✅Step 2. Click on Bluetooth and make sure it is turned On!

✅Step 3. Locate your hearing aids under "My Devices"

✅Step 4. Click on the blue "i" symbol on the right of your hearing aids

✅Step 5. Click the "Forget This Device", and then hit Forget once more
- Do this for all the separate hearing devices under bluetooth

✅Step 6. Put your hearing aids on the charger for 5 seconds OR open your battery doors and re-close them.
- This puts your hearing aids into "Pairing Mode"

✅Step 7. Once hearing aids are turned back on (off the charger or battery doors are closed) scroll to the bottom of Bluetooth and they should appear under "Other Devices"

✅Step 8. Click on the hearing aids, then confirm "Pair"
You have successfully re-connected your hearing aids to your iPhone!

iPhone Edition for MFi hearing aids! (Made For iPhone)

✅Step 1. Identify what type of hearing aids you have.
- Make sure they are MFi devices (Made For iPhone)
- Here is a list of the MFi devices directly from Apple:

✅Step 2. Go to your iPhone settings app
- This is a grey app with a gear picture on it

✅Step 3. Scroll down and click on "Accessibility"

✅Step 4. Scroll down to "Hearing Devices"
- If your devices appear here click on them and continue to step 5
- If it is "Searching" Continue to step 6

✅Step 5. Scroll down and click "Forget Devices"

✅Step 6. Put your hearing aids on the charger for 5 seconds OR open your battery doors and re-close them.
- This puts your hearing aids into "Pairing Mode"

✅Step 7. Once hearing aids are turned back on (off the charger or battery doors are closed) They will pop up under the searching MFi devices.

✅Step 8. Click on the hearing aids, then confirm "Pair"

You have successfully re-connected your hearing aids to your iPhone!
