NEW PRODUCT ALERT! Come to the Annapolis Boat Shows Spring Sailboat Show April 24 - 26, 2026 in Annapolis, Maryland to see our latest product - the LX4 Steaming/Deck LED Navigation Light!

The LX Steaming/Deck Light is the first of its kind to offer a unique, dual-color deck light that lets boaters switch between red or white illumination with just the flick of a switch. This unprecedented feature gives sailors and boaters the option to have either a red deck light to preserve night vision and reduce glare, or a white light to help illuminate the deck for detailed work – all without needing to install multiple cumbersome fixtures on the mast.

The housing and mounting wings are made from solid aluminum and have been hard-coated using military-spec anodization to ensure they withstand the harshest ocean environments, while the light’s sleek, rounded contours were specifically engineered to have smooth surfaces that help prevent sails and rigging from getting caught or snagged on the fixture.

See it in person at the Spring Sailboat Show!

Each year at our Tent Sale, we raise money for a local nonprofit that is dedicated to making a difference in the community. This year, we proudly supported Adaptive Rowing Annapolis - a 501(c)3 charitable organization founded in 2019 that offers recreational and competitive rowing opportunities for adults with physical or cognitive impairments.

It was our honor to present the President of Adaptive Rowing Annapolis, Amelia Heffernan, and Board Member, Steve Root, with a $1,000 check this morning.

Adaptive Rowing Annapolis (ARA) offers on-the-water practices from April through October, as well as indoor training sessions during the winter months that allow athletes to improve their technical skills, maintain fitness, and spend time with their fellow rowers. All practices are led by experienced coaches (including former Olympic athletes) who provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment for developing technique and achieving goals, while fostering independence, teamwork, and freedom of movement. Adaptive Rowing Annapolis rowers range in age from 30 to 80 and have varying abilities and impairments, including blindness, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, missing limbs, and paraplegia.

Please continue to support this wonderful organization by going to their website at www.AdaptiveRowingAnnapolis.com.

People always ask us, "Do your stormglasses really work?" 🤔 You tell us.

Justin Berk, Meteorologist's forecasts are showing a nor'easter is heading our way Sunday into Monday. 🌩

Our stormglasses are supposed to be able to predict the weather up to 48 hours in advance - I think it's safe to say, they really do work!

See these stormglasses and more at our booth in Tent C at the Annapolis Boat Shows today through Sunday, October 12.

And be sure to check out our Tent Sale at 214 Eastern Avenue for HUGE discounts on discontinued, overstock, and sample items - same hours as the boat show. We even have a free shuttle that will take you to and from the show and our Tent Sale (picks up across the street from the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel).
