I’ve been lucky to continue to work on a beautiful 900-acre historic property on the eastern shore for the past three years. This is a shoreline sill project that was just finished recently. Ready for marsh plantings. Not a bad way to spend the day…..

One of the most satisfying elements of owning Near Shore is that I get projects that have the size to enable me to bring on other one-person companies. A collective as it were.
All of us providing noble services, none of us hoarding the surplus value of other laborers.

I’ve posted this before, but every time I’m on this property I am taken back to a feeling of landing on the shores of the New World.
Right side of house is original from 1640, left side much newer...1750.
900+ acres owned by the family that received the original Charter to settle the Rock Hall area circa 1620. This will be the third massive shoreline project I have done for them in the past 8 years. I’ve given up on trying to get them to call me Carl....it’s always Mr. Corse.
