From 3D print to steel. My fuel system. The clamps for the 100 micron filter and fuel pump is printed from PA12-CF. Pump and filter are supported in o-rings between the clamps. I will hopefully get everything mounted in the car this week / weekend and I’ll post more pics.

Version 2 complete. Added a few details like a cable run for the throttle cable, took away a little volume and angled the bottom for more clearance above the valve cover.. Version 3 will be the final.. 🙌

Finalized the fan shroud and fan mount assembly. Both are 3D Printed in ASA. The shroud is sealed with foam tape to ensure that the fan pulls only through the radiator. The fan is bolted to the shroud via the ribs on top using heat press inserts. The idea came out super solid and so ready for the next build phase.
