Shown here is a recently built balancing machine equipped with an integrated welder. The balancer calculates the required correction weights and displays the precise angle for placement. The operator positions the weight, closes the guard door, and the welding cycle initiates to secure it in place. The process is repeated until all required weights are welded. The balancer then spins the part to calculate final imbalance, ensuring optimal performance.
