Three unique pieces today. A knife I can only guess saw the French Revolutionary War, that needed a quarter inch of bolster ground down as well as some edge straightening. A knife gifted to the owner from a chef, that had a broken tip and a lot of edge chips, and a hollow ground art piece of an Okeya.

Universe decided I needed a shake-up, I guess. Itty bitty, but still scalloped serrations, single bevel but cut on the opposite side than every other serrated I've ever sharpened. I got my files in there, but just barely.

Some upholstery shears for The Brass Button Custom Upholstery . The Ginghers have a wacko tension adjustment. Black ones are awesome, just a split washer and a square keyed screw. Barely brushed my pinky knuckles on them, and pop.
