This Machine is a Titan 440 Impact that was stored in a cold shop over the winter. The Transducer (pressure sensor) froze and had to be replaced. I also found that the suction hose was plugged and the return line (pictured) and I had to clear all obstructions. Now here it is ready for the field.

After 15 hours of work, this Line Lazer is ready to go back into service striping parking lots. Like new now!!

Here is a vintage Hydraulic airless convertible paint sprayer that I am going to rebuild for a commercial contractor.
These machines can run up to 3 lines at 50' each.
I will keep the photos coming.

Here is what a fluid section on a line lazer looks like completely disassembled. I will post more photos of this when I get it cleaned and assembled.

Here is my next large project, a Graco line lazer (for striping parking lots) has material left in it all winter long. Pictures show tear down, I will post more photos during project and the finished product along with a video of it working.
