It is with a heavy heart that we write this note to inform you that Frigid North Co. will be going out of business on December 31, 2021. In an effort to clear out our entire inventory, we will be having a liquidation sale beginning November 8, 2021 where we will be offering discounts on all items.
As of November 16, 2021, we will be closing all active net terms accounts and will stop receiving purchase orders for deferred payment.
COVID-19 and its subsequent challenges present us with insurmountable business difficulties, of which we are not able to continue operating under.
