We’re pleased to announce that Vic has officially transitioned into the full-time role of Operations Coordinator at S&D Industrial Tool Supply.

In his new position, Vic will support our daily operations by working closely with our operations, purchasing, and accounting teams to help keep receiving, inventory, returns, purchase order activity, and payment processing running accurately and on time.

⚙ S&D Industrial Tool Supply is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Anaheim team.

This is a full time position with competitive pay and benefits.

This role has a variety of responsibilities including:
• Preparing quotations and processing sales orders
• Reviewing purchase orders and maintaining accurate order information
• Researching products, pricing, availability, and alternatives
• Communicating with customers, outside sales representatives, and suppliers
• Monitoring open orders, backorders, and delivery schedules
• Providing timely follow-up and dependable customer service

The ideal candidate will exhibit:
• Inside sales, customer service, order-entry, or industrial distribution experience preferred
• Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) knowledge is a strong plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Comfort working with quotes, purchase orders, pricing, and numbers
• Typing speed of 40-60 WPM
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and follow assignments through to completion
