These cast steel turbo housings were manufactured for a military application requiring precise machining and tight dimensional control. Produced in two operations, one on a 2-axis lathe and one on a 3-axis mill, the project relied on specialized fixturing to ensure accurate positioning throughout the machining process.

The key challenge was maintaining the tight tolerances needed to ensure proper valve fit and performance. Through careful process planning and ex*****on, our team delivered parts that met the customer's exact specifications.
