We have been praying and the rain looks like it’s going to pretty much be over in just a little while. Maybe a few little hit or miss drizzles. We are going to stay downtown. Bring your tents. If you don’t need to get here early then come around 10 and you should be good! We are going to finish numbering the spots and will be out and about on the Grinch Mobile if you need us.
