Safety, Smiles & Halloween Fun at Brookline Woods!
Who says safety can't be fun?!
Our Brookline Woods project site had a couple of special visitors today! Thanks to our friends at Oliver Mechanical Inc. two larger-than-life safety cones stopped by to hand out Halloween treats, share some laughs, and remind everyone that SAFETY ALWAYS COMES FIRST!
Joining in the fun were Superintendent Rob Bernier, Assistant Superintendent Chris Spirito, Vice President Dave Henderson, and ROI laborer Michellett Rodriguez.
At Fulcrum Associates, we take safety seriously, but there's always room for a little fun along the way!

Mechanical Progress at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center!

Work is advancing on the North 1 Project at Southern New Hampshire Health in Nashua, NH, with new screening framework taking shape around the four recently installed cooling towers.

Crews have made significant progress on the rooftop piping, automatic control valves, and insulation. New condenser water lines, supported by three pumps in the basement, extend through the hospital to supply the rooftop cooling equipment.

Great work by the project team and trade partners as these major mechanical upgrades move closer to completion.

Another milestone at Brookline Woods!

Eversource crews have been on-site at Brookline Woods in Brookline, NH, advancing electrical utility work for the development. This marks an important step as construction progresses throughout the site, with the project team working toward the turnover of the first six buildings in early November.

Thank you to the Eversource NH crews and everyone involved for their coordination and hard work as we approach this next milestone!

Progress update at the New Hampshire State Police Aviation Hangar Bay in Concord!

Exterior framing and utility work is now complete, marking another milestone as the expanded hangar bay continues to take shape. Up next, crews will begin installing the new wall and roof panels, with interior framing to follow.

Great work by the project team as construction moves into the next phase!

Keeping with the golf theme…

Fulcrum recently held our 6th Annual Employee Golf Tournament, and it was a fantastic day spent outside the office with the team!

From prizes and plenty of laughs to some great moments out on the course, it’s always a fun opportunity to get everyone together and enjoy a little friendly competition.
