Periods of showers with a few thunderstorms will be possible beginning this afternoon today through Thursday night. Highest rainfall amounts are forecast across central and northern WI. First round of heavier rain is expected this afternoon and evening with a lull overnight. Second round of heavier rain is expected Thursday into Thursday night. Localized urban flooding will be possible along along with minor river flooding and increased flows.
