🔧 Meet the Shop: David Bergmann 🔧

David is a Machinist who has been with us for 8 years. His favorite projects at MWM are building jigs, fixtures, and vise jaws that help make our parts easier, faster, and more consistent to produce. Sound boring? It’s actually the kind of behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly and makes the whole shop better.

When he’s not improving processes around the shop, David enjoys a solid meal of roast beef, carrots, potatoes… and of course, pizza!

Dream vacation? David says he prefers a staycation because he’s a “stick in the mud” — honestly, relatable. 😂

Dogs or cats? Both are good, but he’s slightly partial to dogs. 🐶

David has been described as a faithful follower of Christ with quiet strength. He is a respected mentor who positively impacts others around him.

Meet the Shop 🔧
This week’s spotlight is on Zack Keith, one of our shop technicians who has been part of the team for a little over a year! You can often find Zack operating the brake and shear. His favorite project so far has been painting the award signs for the Chamber of Commerce Cookoff.
When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find him building mini bikes.
A few quick facts about Zack:
🍝 Favorite food: Chicken spaghetti
🐶🐱 Team dogs AND cats
🏖️ Dream vacation: Anywhere relaxing with mild weather

Meet Jose Alvarez! 👋

Jose has been a machinist with us for a little over 2 years, helping bring projects to life with precision and hard work every day. His favorite builds to work on? Conveyors.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find him playing the bass 🎸 or dreaming about a trip to Alaska someday. When it comes to pets, he’s definitely team dogs 🐶.

And if you want to know the way to Jose’s heart… spicy honey glazed chicken with cilantro lime rice. 🌶️🔥
