You hear a rattle. You see oil on the pad. Your floor crew mentions the tower's running louder than usual. These aren't random signals, they're warnings that your gearbox is breaking down.

Our renewal process brings your gearbox back to life. We tear it down completely, inspect every component, replace worn gears, shafts, and internal parts, and rebuild it to factory specifications. You get a fully renewed unit backed by full warranty and ready to run.

Fast turnaround. Factory spec. Send it in before it fails completely.

Labor keeps the lights on, the servers cool, and the machines turning.

We know who really keeps operations running: the operators, maintenance crews, field techs, and plant managers who show up and solve problems every day.

We're here to help lighten the load with renewal options that keep your equipment working harder and longer. Fewer breakdowns mean more uptime for you.

Happy Labor Day from all of us at Amarillo Gear Service.

Summer is emergency season. If your gearbox goes down in the heat, you don't have time to order a new unit or wait weeks for a renewal.

That's why we keep renewed gearboxes in stock ready to ship.

When you need one, you get one. Fast. Then you pull the damaged unit, send it in for renewal, and now you've got insurance for the next emergency. You've got a spare on the shelf. You've got peace of mind. Smart, right?

If you don't have a spare, you're operating on borrowed time. This is the season when failures cost the most.

Gearboxes rarely fail without warning. The signs are there: new vibration, temperature climbing, oil spots on the floor, a sound that wasn't there yesterday.

Ignoring the signs doesn't save you time, it costs you a shutdown. Our renewal process gives you a fresh start: stripped to casting, built back to spec, warrantied like new for 2 years.

We don't just repair. We turn back the clock and renew.

We live that lesson every day.

Here's to the guys who fix it, build it, and raise the bar for the next generation.

Happy Father's Day from all of us at AGS.
