Alvin Equipment Company is searching for an experienced Service Writer who knows how to keep a busy service department organized.
The right person will work directly with our customers and technicians to:
✅ Open and manage repair orders
✅ Gather complete and accurate customer information
✅ Communicate estimates, approvals, and repair updates
✅ Coordinate work with technicians and the parts department
✅ Track job status and follow up on open repairs
✅ Maintain organized and accurate service records
This position requires excellent communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle several priorities at once.
Previous Service Writer or Service Advisor experience is required.
