When we talk about grub damage it’s not just the stressed turf where they eat the root system. It’s their predators that cause the most damage.

We have been over run with calls from new clients about lawns being torn up. I’m not sure I have seen a year with worse grub damage. Predators such as raccoons, skunks, and opossums are frantically going after grub worms in the turf. Two clients never received grub control from their previous contractor and this client had some retaining wall work all summer then laid new sod that brought grubs in. As you can see it is much more expensive to deal with the aftermath and kill a present grub than it would have been to do a preventative treatment in June.

As some companies are winding down QOS is still hard at work and looking for additional employees. We are looking for mowing help, licensed applicator and landscape utility help for small projects. TOP PAY and plenty of hours left here for the season.
