When did the workplace become so "anti-family"? Especially in the manufacturing world. Our roots are mean't to be working with our families, not away from them. In historic times, you toiled and worked your fields with your family. A combined effort.

We have now standardized what it means to provide for your family. We may be lucky to have a "Bring Your Kid to Work Day" at best.

Go against the grain, bring your family into your work. Thank us later cause you will last longer. It will bring more passion, grit, and love to what you do

The right team is key! Happy to say that we have that. Hire the right people, and your job gets much easier.

A person much wiser than I once said, "You can go as fast as a speed boat, but you go much farther with an oceanliner."

You can do it alone, and go fast, but you won't make it as far as when you do it with a team/tribe/family.

You have to get creative when you talk about material handling and storage.

In-house. We were able to make our own sheet, metal shelving and crane system to help load and unload sheet metal onto our laser easier.

It's these little things that help so much with efficiency around the shop
