JLC had the opportunity to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for Dream Lofts, an exciting new student housing community near Full Sail University. 🎉

Projects like these are always exciting to see move from planning and coordination into the start of construction, and we’re proud to be part of the team helping bring the vision to life alongside CBA. Looking forward to watching Dream Lofts continue to take shape in the months ahead. 🏗️

Proud to have provided the MEP design for the 4647 Gilbane Student Housing project in Gainesville, a 353-unit community built to support modern student living.

With both MEP & Structural engineering
in-house, our integrated approach helped accelerate construction schedules and significantly reduce field RFIs.
Shout-out to CBA for their strong collaboration and thoughtful architectural vision on this project.

That’s 16 years of big ideas, great clients, team wins, and maybe just a few too many cups of coffee. ☕️

The growth this year alone has been stellar and over the last 16, we’ve created so much we’re proud of. We’re excited for what’s ahead and even more years of building, solving, & doing what we love.

We’re beyond grateful for the people who’ve been part of the journey - our incredible clients, our wonderful supporters and the team that makes it all happen.
