Dear Valued Supplier:

As you are aware, Governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan issued an order 3/23/2020, requiring many people to generally stay at home for the next three weeks as we all take measures to fight the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. This order follows several others that have been issued in states around the country.
Under our Michigan Governor’s Order No. 2020-21 dated 3/23/2020, “critical infrastructure businesses” will remain open. Based on the list of “critical infrastructure businesses found on https://www.michigan.gov website,” Macomb Engineering, Inc. and its subsidiaries are considered a “critical infrastructure business.” Macomb Engineering, Inc. is continuing to provide these critical essential services, while at the same time voluntarily taking appropriate measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus.

Importantly, our Suppliers to these essential operations are themselves treated as “Critical Infrastructure” and are permitted to operate. As such, we expect our valued suppliers to continue to manufacture and ship our material requirements as scheduled.

We are committed to both limit the spread of the coronavirus and ensure our customers are taken care of in this critical time.
