We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Clerk to help keep our busy automotive repair shop running smoothly.

✅ Answer phones
✅ Schedule appointments
✅ Greet customers
✅ Process repair orders
✅ Manage parts inquiries
✅ Handle payments
✅ General office duties

Monday – Friday
No Weekends
Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Qualifications:

✔ Strong customer service skills
✔ Professional phone etiquette
✔ Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
