Today we officially add a “second Tretter” to the business. If you’re wearing any merch or ever worked with us chances our you’ve worked with Lexi behind the scenes! I wouldn’t be able to run this business without her and there’s nobody else I rather have by my side for this journey! Due to some health issues with our pup we decided to get married ahead of schedule to make sure he could be part of our day! And you already know we had to knock out a quick fence repair a few hours before getting married😂 we’ll be out of Service for the next few days but ready to get back at it later this week! Thanks for all the support from our amazing friends and customers

Another week in the books! 3 trailer repairs, some 4 inch pipe work replacing check valves, replacing a bracket on a man lift, and repairing some guard rails at a warehouse facility! We’re here 7 days a week to help keep your operations moving !

It’s that time of year! Lawnmower repairs! We patched some holes in the exhaust where the heat shield ripped off, reattached the heat shield and beefed up a bracket on the deck that rotted through. Brought the ol Dixie chopper back to life !

Some of the jobs from this week. modifying some axle shafts and brake rotors for a restoration project. and fabricating some steel toolbox brackets for trailer to replace aluminum ones that were prone to cracking.

Made quick work of a broken mini excavator coupler today. The customer called for service around 1pm and by 5:30 was back up and running with minimal downtime on the job. As well as re welding the broken plate we transferred the bolt pattern to an additional bracket to weld inline for extra support.

Something a little different this week. The Customer supplied some rollers and a smaller diameter bearing they wanted to mount on them. After disassembling the 46 inch long rollers we were able to indicate them zero with the help of a steady rest, center drill for a live center then turn down both sides from 2.875 to 2.187 to accept the new bearings. They were then reassembled tested and sent out to be installed on a plant shutdown over the weekend! Thank you to another great customer for trusting us with your project needs!

Finally had a long enough break between snow to get some extra strength added to a few dump truck plow mounts. We cleaned up and added a few more passes of weld to the existing brackets as well as adding gussets and support bars both inside and out to help eliminate the stress caused by side to side pressure while the plow is in use. We’re available seven days a week to keep your fleet up and running during this snow season!
